1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bet 939 website, mobile platform or any related service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms are effective from the moment you complete the account registration process. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Bet 939 platform.

These terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, Bet 939 will update the "Last Updated" date visible at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Bet 939, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a Bet 939 employee.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from Bet 939 or had an account permanently closed for breach of these terms.

Bet 939 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active account on Bet 939. If you already have an account and attempt to open another, both accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be voided. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery feature rather than creating a new account.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid payment method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bet 939 account password and login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. Bet 939 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your account credentials with another person.

3.2 KYC Verification

All deposits are credited to your Bet 939 wallet in PKR at the time of receipt. There is no maximum single deposit amount, though Bet 939 may apply daily or monthly limits to individual accounts based on account status and verification level.

Bet 939 does not charge a deposit fee. Any transaction fee displayed during the deposit process is levied by your payment provider, not by Bet 939.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount at Bet 939 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single withdrawal for standard accounts; higher-tier VIP members may have enhanced limits.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: 5–30 minutes for standard accounts
• NayaPay / SadaPay: 5–30 minutes for standard accounts
• IBFT Bank Transfer: same business day, typically within 2–4 hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

VIP Gold members receive priority processing under 30 minutes. VIP Platinum members under 10 minutes. VIP Diamond members receive near-instant execution.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Bet 939 may require you to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above Rs 25,000. Withdrawals will not be processed while any active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled. Withdrawals of bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the applicable bonus.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bet 939 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all Bet 939 bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household, per device and per IP address.
• Bonuses are for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers constitutes abuse and may result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in its individual terms.
• Bet 939 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Bet 939 offers sports betting across cricket, football, and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by Bet 939. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an official confirmation message and a unique bet ID within the Bet 939 platform.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on Bet 939 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error that results in odds being published incorrectly, Bet 939 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet was already confirmed — manifest errors in odds are never binding on the platform.

7.3 Match Abandonment and Postponement

If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed before the minimum playing time required for settlement (as defined per sport in the Bet 939 betting rules section), bets will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket, the minimum playing time is 20 overs per team for a limited-overs match unless otherwise specified in the market description.

7.4 Live Betting

Live bets are subject to a brief delay to manage price integrity. Bet 939 may suspend live markets at any point during an event without prior notice. Bets that were in the process of being placed at the moment of suspension will be void if not fully confirmed before the suspension took effect.

8. Casino and Games Rules

All casino games, slots, Aviator, Ludo and other gaming products available on Bet 939 are supplied by certified third-party providers. The results of these games are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). Bet 939 does not modify or influence the outcome of any game.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game round is completed server-side according to its normal logic. Any winnings generated during a round in which you were disconnected will be credited to your account when the round completes. Bet 939 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by your device, your internet provider or your network conditions.

Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for slot games are provided by the game developers and reflect theoretical long-run averages across millions of game rounds. They are not a guarantee of return within any individual session or over any defined playing period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bet 939 platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC
• Registering or operating multiple accounts
• Using bots, automated scripts or any software to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings from exploited bugs must be reported and are subject to reversal
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means (money laundering)
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a betting syndicate through a personal account
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Bet 939 staff or other players in any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or exploit Bet 939 platform code or data

10. Responsible Gaming

Bet 939 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a given period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing and how much you have bet in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all Bet 939 products. Self-exclusion requests are processed within minutes and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Bet 939 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions. In cases of suspected fraud, match-fixing involvement, money laundering or identity fraud, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation with no prior notice.

You may close your own Bet 939 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of unmet wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit or bet) for more than 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Bet 939 may charge a dormancy administrative fee of Rs 200 per month against the dormant balance. You will receive notification via email before any fee is applied. Reactivating the account by logging in will stop all dormancy fees.

12. Intellectual Property

The Bet 939 name, logo and associated brand marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, other websites or physical materials — is prohibited and will be actioned through appropriate legal channels.

13. Limitation of Liability

Bet 939 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bet 939 excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from betting or gaming activity, whether the platform is functioning normally or experiencing a technical issue
• Service interruptions, downtime, delays or errors that are beyond Bet 939's reasonable control
• Third-party payment provider failures, delays or errors
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind

In no event shall Bet 939's total aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim — contract, tort or otherwise.

14. Privacy and Data

Bet 939 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Amendments to These Terms
